Hey Leute,
ich hab 1000 Abonnenten auf Youtube erreicht, yayy! Als kleine Geste meines Dankes werde ich am Sonntag, dem 21.09., um 19 Uhr auf chess24 für unbestimmbare Zeit gegen jeden spielen, der mich herausfordert :) Im folgenden Info-Video erkläre ich, wie ihr mich am besten herausfordert (nicht besonders kompliziert). Außerdem spreche ich über meinen zukünftigen Video-Zeitplan und bitte euch um Feedback zu meinen bisherigen Videos.
Wer es noch nicht mitbekommen hat, ich bin zur Zeit sehr aktiv und poste mindestens ein Video täglich auf Youtube. Ich möchte möglichst viele Leute mit meinem Kanal erreichen und wenn ihr mir einen kleinen Gefallen tun wollt, unterstützt mich bei diesem Vorhaben und lasst ein Abonnement da :)

The U.S. Masters is over and I ended up with 6,5 points out of 9 rounds and shared for third place with a couple other guys. It was a pretty strong field and I actually only played one player without a title, in the first round! I faced two IMs and six GMs and with 6,5 points I obviously had a pretty good tournament :) I would like to share with you three video analyses I recorded during the tournament.
In the third round I played GM Sergei Azarov (Elo 2635) and suprised him with the King's Gambit! He spent a lot of time early in the game, and I achieved quite a pleasant position. However, in time scramble, things got messy...

Hey guys,
currently I am playing the U.S. Masters tournament at Greensboro, North Carolina. Today I had quite an awesome day and I felt like writing about it. By the way, as you might have noticed, I don't write as much on my website anymore. However, I post daily chess tactics, youtube videos as well as tournament reports on my Facebook page. So, you're welcome to follow me there :)
Back to topic, today I played the second and third round of the tournament and fortunately, I was White twice. In the first game I played against IM Cox and suprised him with the Evans Gambit. Only the second time I played this gambit, the first time was against Jan Gustafsson. Against Cox I could follow my preparation for a long time and achieved a nice position.

Hey Leute,
ich biete ab sofort Videocoaching an :) Was verbirgt sich dahinter genau? Man schickt mir eine Partie, ich analysiere die Partie in Ruhe und bespreche sie dann in einem Video auf meinem Youtube-Kanal. Je nach Wunsch ist das Video dann entweder öffentlich und für alle zugänglich oder privat und kann nur vom dem Spieler angeschaut werden, der mir die Partie geschickt hat. Eine Video-Partieanalyse kostet 30 Euro. Damit ihr eine Idee bekommt, wie das Ganze aussieht, hier mein erstes Coaching-Video (endlich mit dem neuen Design):

Geschwätzblitz! Das klingt erstmal komisch, aber beschreibt doch recht präzise das neue Format auf chess24, dass schon mit verschiedenen chess24-Autoren durchgeführt wurde und diesmal war ich an der Reihe. Also schwatzen und gleichzeitig blitzen, wie mir das geglückt ist, könnt ihr in den ersten drei Videos aus meiner Blitzsession sehen. Die erste Partie spielte ich gegen Großmeister und deutschen Meister von 2009 Arik Braun, die zweite gegen einen Spieler aus Spanien und die dritte gegen chess24-Autor und Internationalen Meister Georgios Souleidis.
